The grapes are softly pressed and the must is instantly filtered and cooled at 0° in order to stop fermentation and then stored in refrigerated tanks for 90 days. The must is transferred in autoclave for refermentation (Charmat Method)

Apparence
Bright lemon colour with golden glints. Creamy foam and fine perlage.

Tasting note
Intense, persistent, typically aromatic. The characteristic primary aroma of Muscat is reminiscent of wild flowers, rose hip and sage leaf.
Sweet and persistent flavour with a good and well-balanced acidity. -
